Celeste Volz Ford
President & CEO, Stellar Solutions

Celeste Ford is the founder and CEO of Stellar Solutions, a professional aerospace engi-neering services firm with personnel in California, Colorado and northern Virginia. Under her guidance since its inception in 1995, Stellar Solutions has become a recog-nized leader in the aerospace field by participating in critically important government and commercial, national and international satellite programs. Celeste also established the Stellar Solutions Foundation to support community-based organizations and chari-ties, and launched Stellar Ventures, a venture investing and incubating activity focused on early stage technology development and market applications. Celeste has participat-ed on congressional commissions and panels in both the aerospace and emerging busi-ness arenas. She began her career as a guidance and control engineer at COMSAT, served as a project manager at the Aerospace Corporation and started a successful satellite launch business area at Scitor Corporation. She has guided Stellar Solutions to a position of international prominence as a global provider of aerospace engineering expertise.
